We Brought MedAcuity’s New Style Guide to Life
MedAcuity is a software development engineering partner driven to solve the most complex technical and business challenges inherent in developing connected medical devices, healthcare technologies, and regulated robotics.
Like the rapidly evolving markets they serve, they were seeing rapid growth and needed their brand to grow with them.
When they came to us it was evident their brand didn’t match the caliber of the work they were doing or the clients they target. After more than a decade in business, their brand still had a scrappy start-up feel. It was time for their brand image to grow up.
Fresh off an agency rebrand, they now faced a problem so many companies face: now what?

The Challenge

- Implement brand style guide across all platforms and assets
- Work with a director new to the MedAcuity team
- Help with internal branding and initiatives to engage, retain, and attract employees
- Elevate the website to reflect the larger, highly skilled organization they are in order to appeal to their highly successful and sophisticated clients and prospects
What We Created
A cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.
- Redesigned, expanded, and maintain their website
- Built out various sell sheets, signage and collateral using their new style guide as a foundation
- Full custom icon library to use across print, web, and digital publications
- Presentation decks for internal leadership and management-level presentations and all-hands meetings
- Presentation decks for external events/presentations
- Designed a proposal template to help the sales team present in a more competitive way
- Designed environmental office graphics, employee giveaways, materials for employee reward and retention program
How We Did It

- Tripled website pages and content and added valuable content for sales tools, while creating a stronger site value for SEO
- Supported a new content marketing strategy with a cohesive new “look” to branded thought leadership content including articles, case studies, webinar presentations, and more to come
- Took their new style guide and built out nearly a dozen publications over the course of a year
The Results
Through the building out of new sales materials and a new website, the company has seen growth in less than two years including:
- 10% uptick in new client meetings using new branded thought leadership assets
- 75% increase in site traffic
- 112% increase in direct referrals to their website
