Driving a Diagnostics Company’s Growth Through Strategic Design

Delphi Diagnostics, a Texas-based start-up specializing in diagnostics for hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, needed to establish a stronger visual identity while educating both physicians and patients.

Their first diagnostic, the Endocrine Activity Index™ (EAI™), offers advanced insights into breast cancer treatment, but communicating the complexity of their work required a carefully crafted approach. Delphi’s team needed marketing materials that were not only informative but also digestible and engaging for their two key audiences: time-pressed doctors and patients often overwhelmed by medical information.
