Payment
All payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase an item through the store. All credit card information is processed through PayPal and not revealed to Wyndetryst. User ID’s and Logins
Customers have the option, but are not required, to create a user name and password that will enable the customer to create a login to the Wyndetryst Shop for future purchases as well as tracking order history and personal information. All information submitted by the customer will be used for internal use in processing orders and never sold or distributed in any way to a third party. From time to time, Wyndetryst will send out notices via email of new products, all email recipients will have the option to unsubscribe
Shipping Policy
Please Note: We currently process orders to be shipped in the U.S.A. Only.
We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping includes the cost of postage as well as any additional fees for packaging and processing your order. Orders are typically shipped via USPS, 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. If there are any expected delays due to, but not limited to, stocking issues or schedule conflicts we will contact you to discuss alternate options for your order. All packages are insured for the full value of the contents but we do not guarantee shipment deadlines once delivered to the USPS. Please keep in mind that during peak holiday times, the USPS may experience delays.

Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your order, so if for any reason you have any issues with your order please contact us at info@wyndetryst.com and we will be glad to offer a refund and/or exchange (not including shipping) as well as information for returning your purchase. Refunds and /or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and all original items must be in new, unused condition. Return shipment cost is dependent upon the order placed and will be determined before the return is processed.
